What data do we process?
Through the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message. On every visit our hosting service records technical data, such as the IP address and the time of the request, to deliver and protect the website.
What do we use them for?
Only to answer and follow up your question. We do not use them for advertising or profiling and we do not sell them.
On what basis?
On the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box and sending the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who processes them for us?
Vercel Inc. hosts the website. Web3Forms receives your form message and forwards it to our mailbox. The form sends your message directly from your browser to this service. We share your data with nobody else.
How long do we keep them?
No longer than needed to answer and follow up your question. After that we delete them.
Cookies and measurement
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. No third-party scripts are loaded. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Send your request to hello@hiveras.com. We reply within the legal period. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
